Aliʻi: Rise of a Chief

Privacy policy

Effective November 2, 2026

Aliʻi does not collect, send or share any information about you. Your game stays on your phone.

What the game stores

To keep your reign going between sessions, the game saves on your device:

This stays inside the app's own storage. It is never sent to us or anyone else. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.

What the game does not do

The chief's name you type in is part of your save and stays on your device like the rest of it.

Backups

If you use the game's backup feature, it creates a file or text you choose where to keep. Android may also include the app's data in your own Google device backup, if you have that turned on. Both are under your control.

Feedback you choose to send

At the end of a reign, or from Settings, you can answer three short questions for the developer (Tell the chronicler). The game then opens a message in your own mail app, or lets you copy the text. It includes your answers and a short summary of the reign (game version, age, home, score). Nothing is sent unless you tap send yourself, and the game never sees your email address.

The Rate and Share buttons in Settings open your app store or your phone's share sheet. On Android, after a reign that ends well, the game may also show Google Play's own rating card (at most a few times, and Google decides when). What happens there is between you and that app; the game itself sends nothing.

Children

The game is meant for players 13 and older. Because it collects nothing, it collects nothing from children either.

Changes and contact

If a future version changes any of this, this page will be updated first, with a new effective date. Questions can go to the developer at hello@duralek.games.
